NFL for watching on TV.
I'm a lifelong slowpitch softball player, growing up with the bare-handed 16" game in Chicago, then the nationwide 12" game. Started playing in Senior tournaments when I turned 50 in 2007, now playing 65+ (still have outfield speed). Senior divisions are every 5 years, with four competitive levels (AA, AAA, Major, Major Plus). Most teams are AAA, then Major. In September 2018 my 60AAA team swept the bracket of 46 teams to win the World Masters Championship in Las Vegas, in which I was named one of our 5 all-tournament selections. That bumped us up to Major, where we continued to have success. Then I had serious season ending injuries in 2019 & 2020, which kept me out of the game until 2022. I've since struggled to regain my former hitting prowess, and have played on lesser teams while my former team advanced to Major Plus (just a few elite teams at that level). I hope to get myself in better shape for next year.
