I'm training for a half marathon trail run in August.
I've been running 5K trail runs but wanted to up it yesterday, so I ran 6 miles.
About 4.8 miles in, I started getting dizzy and feeling like throwing up. It was hot and I probably didn't hydrate enough before I started running.
I shot down a packet of GU and within 10 minutes was able to start running again and felt great. A lot of people can't do GU and other gels. I'm thankful that I can.
