KT tape

I don't tape my feet unless I have to, and then I use mole skin and the tape holds it in place. It doesn't stay pit very well, and it can cause more rubbing in different places. I've never used it on my knees, that seems like a bad idea.

Seems like you could do permanent damage, I don't think I'd trust it.

You could run on injured knees and make it worse

Okay so the tape pretty much takes pain away or at least enough where you might not realize you're hurt?
That's interesting! Again, I've never really used it.
