    Yep, it's got superglue, duct tape, safety pins, and a multi-tool. It has battery chargers and cables too. When I'm running i carry extra parts for my running vest.

    I've probably run 4.000 miles on the ADT in the last 4 years, on a 1.79 mile section of it.

    Hydration Mix

    I use a hydration bladder so I don't put anything but water in it. I drink a lot of Gatorade when I run races that have it and aren't cup less. I have a collapsible cup but I save that for soft drinks.

    I haven't seen a stuffed animal in the Shawnee for a couple years! Don't miss them.
