    What's your biggest challenge in trail running? Right now, mine is running for a while before I have to stop and just fast hike. I need to work on being able to run longer. How about you all?

    What's one thing you've learned about yourself while on a hike? For me, it was everything I needed to know I needed to take better care of myself. It made me quit smoking, drinking, made me lose weight, and put my health a bit more first than I used to have it. Hiking saved me. How about you all?

    I'd rather encounter a bear. Bears will usually leave the area, pumas like any cats, have attitude LOL They also might want to play with me until I'm dead.

    Government Shutdown

    My thing is this: If it's public land, then the public should be able to access it. If the fed shuts down, can I quit paying federal taxes? No. So, why would I quit visiting land that I pay for? I won't go past closed barriers but I'll definitely and publicly argue against them.

    Okay so the tape pretty much takes pain away or at least enough where you might not realize you're hurt? That's interesting! Again, I've never really used it.
