    What do you usually wear when caving and spelunking? I wear an old pair of hiking pants with tights on under then for extra warmth. I'll wear a base wicking shirt, hoodie, and boots that I only wear caving. I've considered getting a thinner wetsuit and just wearing it.

    Tapering before a race

    Do you taper off and quit running a day or two before a big race? Or do you just keep running whether there is a race or not?

    How are you backing up your video or are you even doing that at all? I use the Seagate external hard drives. I used to buy smaller cheaper ones but now I film in 4K at 60fps, so I usually get 8TB drives.

    How many photos usually?

    While on a hike, how many photos do you usually take? If I'm using my phone, I usually take around 50 to 100 photos unless the hike is super short. If I'm using a DSLR camera, I usually take less than 20. How about you all?

    A lot of the Shawnee caves have camera on them now but it's for law enforcement operations. Equality Cave is highly surveilled.

    Yeah. I'll usually backtrace their photos to see if others have posted something similar. Usually, someone posts the name of it and then I start being an internet detective and find out where haha
