What snacks do you bring with you on your hikes?

I bring GU for energy, sodium, and fuel. I also like Cliff Blocks gummies.

I bring Kind Bars for a snack.

Typical trail mix (nuts and m&m’s), toasted corn, and baby payday candy bars - nothing holds up better in the heat and bouncing around in the pack.

toasted corn.webpToasted Corn, have only found online

GU energy gels are good! The caramel ones are good during the summer and the chocolate in the winter. I think I ate around 15-20 of them at the Shawnee Hills Trail Races this year!

Yeah they used to make me sick when I first started using them. Now, I can eat a couple on longer hikes and bike rides and feel fine.
