I either cowboy camp, hammock w/rain fly, or use a bivy. All cheap internet or discount store purchases, to many years ago to know brands. Sleeping bag down to 30 degrees is a sleeping bag liner only. On the hammock instead of a quilt I use my regular cheap thin sleeping bag pad and it work just fine in insulating against the cold. For pillow, spare clothes or jacket folded up.
