Last Hike of 2024

My last hike in 2024 was the Hoosier's Hidden Hikes wilderness exploration group hike. We explored a section of Hoosier National Forest that isn't in the guidebook. We found cave formations growing in a rock shelter and a couple other nice spots. It was about a 7 mile hike.

That sounds like a fun hike!
 
My last hike ended up being the Gnome Rome at Giant City SP with my parents, wife, and kids. My kids did all the trails and found all the gnomes in about 4.5 hours.

That's pretty quick!

Me and my wife did it all in one day but Indian Creek's was at the trailhead due to hunting season.
