Kitchen Gear

I carry a pocket rocket stove by MSR. It takes a small canister of fuel and has a built-in lighter.

I carry one cook up. I would use it to boil water for freeze dried meals or to eat from. Then I'll clean it out and also use it to drink coffee or hot tea out of.

I have a plastic spork for eating.

That sums up my kitchen kit.

Very efficient.

At Philmont, the New Mexico High Adventure camp, When you backpack, as part of leave no trace, When you clean out your dishes you have to drink water you just use to clean you pot!!! A little too extreme for me:)

Quite extreme. I would probably disobey that order to be honest, lol. I'd be fine bringing an empty bottle to pack out the used water, although I think it would be silly.
