Howdy everyone,
I'm Shawn.
I'm the founder, owner, and administrator of this forum. I created it because I love cycling and I love forums. I know there are other cycling forums out there but many of them are super noisy and a lot have cliques. I wanted a fresh forum to start so that we can all build a fun community together where everyone is welcome. That's the thing - I am not into cliques. Please don't bring them here!
I've been cycling now for around 13 years. I started riding to get into better health and became addicted to it. It's my main form of fitness but I also enjoy hiking and trail running, as well.
I road, gravel, and mountain bike. I'd love to get into touring and bikepacking.
I'm 40 years old, a married man, and I live in Illinois (USA).
