How hot of weather will you do outdoor cycling?

Is there a limit on the heat and humidity that you'll bike outdoors?

As a result of being exposed to risks of heat exhaustion or dehydration, I don't ride often in a very hot weather. If I must, that means I'm going to prepare myself for it. I'll ensure to stay very hydrated throughout the ride, using sunscreen is a must, and I'm going to pick out riding wear that's going to be suitable for the hot weather.

I'll ride in the heat and humidity. I've ridden in 43-C (110-f) heat index. It was hot and I was riding slow, but I was able to do it.

I don't do super long rides when it's that hot, but I will get out in it.

Adding to what I said previously, I have a very sensitive skin. I get sunburn very quickly which is why riding out when the weather is too hot isn't always something I would do in a haste. I would rather go swimming than ride when it's too hot.

I have thick skin, and it doesn't burn easily. I was always told it is the Native American in me, Cherokee and Blackfoot.

You're very lucky. I wish I had that kind of skin because whenever the weather is hot here, it gives me a serious concerns. If it's possible for me to switch everything I do that time to be carried out in the night, I'll do it in a heart beat.

I still need to use sunscreen more than I do, though. That will end up biting me in the butt if I don't pay attention, better.

Don't take it for granted because your skin is built better to take more of the heat. If it builds up for too long, it's going to start affecting you.

So, use your sunscreen whenever you're supposed to.

Yep. And I even have it on my bike.
