No, I am not deterred from hiking during hunting season. Just throw on the orange hiking vest on me and the dog and go. I did the 27 Mle Berryman loop last deer hunting season and saw one hunter. I suppose I do look at hiking locations based on remote being good vs. popular hunting locations.

We usually go over to states where hunting season isn't occurring and hike them or we stick to state parks.
