FKT stands for Fastest Known Time.

It's basically a challenge of being the fastest person to hike/run/bike/kayak a trail whether supported or unsupported. There is an overall, men's, and women's category in most cases. Bragging rights is really the only prize here.

Could you ever see yourself attempting an FKT? Why or why not?

I'd like to try an FKT. Not really for bragging rights, they all get broken. I just want to raise the bar!
