Is e-biking changing the cycling culture?

I'm seeing healthy strong cyclists choose e-bikes over regular bikes because they're more fun and adventurous. I'm seeing more pro e-bike approaches than those against them. I'm seeing more cycling advocate organizations talk about e-biking more than traditional cycling.
