Do you wear compression clothing for hiking?

This would be things like half tights, biker shorts, compression shorts, leggings/tights, compression socks, compression shirts, compression arm or leg sleeves, etc.

I was a cyclist before I was a hiker. I understand the benefits of compression for recovery and pain management. So, I tend to wear a lot of compression clothing on my hikes especially as layers during winter hiking.

How about you all? Do you fine wearing compression gear to be a benefit for your hiking activities?

I wear compression socks for caving. They help a lot with get scraped up on my shins and ankles.

My wife bought wetsuit pants. They're unisex. I tried them on and they seem like they would work. I might need to give it a shot.
I got a wetsuit, it keeps me very warm! Now I've got no excuse not to get in the water.

You guys are going to laugh. I have done three wild caves, the longest was in for four hours, just went in the way I hike, though I did wear long pants. There were times we had to either swim or Wade chest high. Loved it.

I did a wetsuit cave with no wetsuit my 1st time wild caving, idk how I did it now. It was great!

Every time I've done Illinois Caverns, I get wet head to toe. There is one part that's chest deep on me and I'm 6'5" tall guys LOL

I never wear a wetsuit there. I should try but then again, now I know how cold it will be. lol
