**Allow me to have 5 minutes of your day** -
My name is Louis Roilgen and I would love to discuss the topic of adventure travel
experiences with you. I am a 25 year old master's student in Lisbon,
Portugal. I am very immersed in sports and nature and I am currently
finishing my master's program in hospitality and tourism management.
We're studying what makes adventure experiences psychologically beneficial—whether it's the challenge, the natural environment, the physical activity, the novelty, or the social connections—and how these factors lead to increased life satisfaction and sense of meaning.

In simple terms: I am researching the psychological impacts and importance of immersing
oneself in challenges and nature. I believe one major reason a lot of young
people nowadays are struggling with their mental health is because of the
lost connection to nature and dispersed reality that most people see on
their screens everyday. Being out of your comfort zone, feeling the power
of nature or just admiring it, can help a lot of people to
quiet their brain and help them find themselves truly.
I am however struggling to get my survey out to the right audience and I
reading through this forum, I realise that most people here would fit the
profile and could help me get relevant data by spending just 5 minutes ion
my survey. The results of my story could help future generations stay in
touch and in tune with nature and make the world a better place.
I would love to hear your opinion about my research and would be honoured
if I could count on your help in this cause.
