Have any of you installed aero bars on your road bikes?
These are handlebars that go onto the middle of your regular handlebars where you can grip while resting your arm and elbows of the bars.
Many triathletes use these types of bars.
It's just another position to be added to make road biking more comfortable, at least to some people.
