    Tapering before a race

    Do you taper off and quit running a day or two before a big race? Or do you just keep running whether there is a race or not?

    How are you backing up your video or are you even doing that at all? I use the Seagate external hard drives. I used to buy smaller cheaper ones but now I film in 4K at 60fps, so I usually get 8TB drives.

    While on a hike, how many photos do you usually take? If I'm using my phone, I usually take around 50 to 100 photos unless the hike is super short. If I'm using a DSLR camera, I usually take less than 20. How about you all?

    How do you feel about the use of alcohol on waterways with paddlers? Do you think people can reasonable and responsibly drink alcohol while paddling, kayaking, and such? Or do you think it should be banned due to safety and litter reasons?
