Countries that don’t allow women to bike

It's mostly Arabic countries that come up with this nonsense of banning women from cycling. There are some that doesn't even allow them to drive a car too. Although, most of them have partially lifted those useless bans.

Are drivers getting away with murder too easily?

With how hit and run is becoming rampage lately, I would agree that there are so many reckless drivers getting away with murdering cyclists in coldblood without facing any consequences. The authorities need to do more to stop this from happening.

    Bike lanes

Safety is very important as far as I'm concerned and that's why bike lanes are something I would support 100% because it's when you're alive and in good health that you can come out and ride tomorrow. Yeah, it's permitted to ride on a regular road but know the risks.

    Helmet or No Helmet?

It's only a fool that would feel helmets are not needed and they should have the right to choose not to wear one. Helmets are designed to offer safety for someone's skull in case there was a crash which is never predictable. There should be a law for wearing helmets just like seat belts.

    Hit by a car

I haven't been hit by a car but witnessed so many other cyclist being hit by cars. It's not a good look because some of them were heavily injured as a result of the accident. I wish everyone a safe ride out there.

    Should we forgive Lance Armstrong?

I think the very worst would be the systemic, government-backed cheating programs where state-sponsored doping force athletes to take steroids. Kornelia Ender is a very good example of an athlete who fell victim to such schemes.

    Should we forgive Lance Armstrong?

If he came out to apologise and feel truely remorseful about what he did, I would have said he deserves our forgiveness but that's not how it went down. He confessed in 2013 to Oprah only because of the undeniable evidence stacked against him and not out of remorse. He doesn't take full...

    Doping in Professional Cycling

As far as I'm concerned, any athletes found guilty of doping should be banned for life because they are a disgrace to the sports. If you need performance enhancement drugs or supplements to help you win a race, you should never have a racing career.

    Favorite Pro Cyclist

Well, my obvious choice is going to be Tadej Pogačar. He's now a four-time Tour winner in 2020, 2021, 2024 and 2025. His record speaks for himself because he's that good.

    Least favorite pro cyclist?

Ordinarily, I don't easily dislike any cyclist and it's because of the immense effort they all put in their career. But if I must choose one person who's my least favourite, it's going to be Pedro Delgado. He was highly criticized for winning 1988 Tour de France amid doping allegations. To...

Bike racers - how did you get into racing?

A lot of bikers get into racing for so many reasons. Some people are inspired by their family members and friends who ride. Personally, it's the rush of adrenaline and also the addictive feeling of crossing the finish line when racing that brought me into bike racing.
