    For me, hiking helped me lose quite a bit of weight and keep a lot of it off me. It's also really helped me strengthen my legs and feet. My legs and glutes and butt are one big muscle. There is no fat on them whatsoever. Hiking has helped improve my health 100 times only. How about you all...
