Are there any other outdoors activities that you want to try but haven't tried yet?

If I could somehow learn how to confidentially swim, I'd love to compete in a triathlon. I don't really know how to swim, so that definitely stops me.

How about you all? What activities outdoors do you want to try?
 
I think a multi discipline adventure race would be fun. Hiking/running, biking, canoeing, orienteering, etc.
Anything but swimming. I can't swim very well either.
