Edit or keep natural

Do you edit your hiking photos before you post them?

Or do you keep them natural and unedited?

For those of you who keep them natural and unedited, are you doing that because you don't know how to edit or another reason?
 
Editing is usually limited to cropping on anything I post online. I might rarely lighten, darken, increase contrast, enlarge, or add anotation if I thought that would enhance the picture or emphasize something I wanted to highlight. Otherwise I mostly leave them they way I took them.
 
I use Lightroom Mobile as I mainly take phone pictures. I usually do Vivid or Darken things up.
