Got the racing bug now.

Completed my first half marathon Saturday. Already signed up for the 50K for next year.

I'm only competing against myself, but I'm thrilled to be doing it. Hopefully we get the weather next year that we got this year. It was amazing.

@krJoest I saw you signed up for the 100 miler!

It's three times as much fun as the 50k! Hopefully I get to the end next year!

But you originally signed up for the 100, right? I saw your message on Messenger saying 48 miles in. 50K is like 30-something miles, isn't it?

Yep, about 2 more miles I would have run 100k. I'm good with 50k, there was a new medal this year.
 
I started caving before I ever did a night run, they aren't that different! You'll need 2 backup lights.
